Payment Methods:

We use real time processing for credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, may be used to make payments online. If you wish to write a Check, Money Order or Direct Wire Transfer please contact us via email.

Return Policy:

You may return any item for a full refund if the following conditions are met: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories ( Unopened). We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase. May you need additional time please write a request and mail us at sales@petintercare.com. Returned items must be returned clean and free of any foreign materials or residue, or we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped an incorrect item.

In order to return an item, please email us at sales@petintercare.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To do so, please provide the following information: Your Name, Your E-mail, Your Phone Number, Order Number, Item you wish to return, Reason for return. We will send you a return authorization number as well as the address to return the merchandise to. The number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.

Canceling An Order:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Address Corrections:

When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.

International Orders:

We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. Typographical Errors

In the event that a product sold through our website is listed at an incorrect price, and/or with incorrect product information as a result of a typographical error, Pet Intercare maintains the right to cancel or refuse the order. Upon exercising this right, Pet Intercare will promptly notify the customer of the situation. If your credit card has been charged before the decision to cancel or refuse an order has been made, your credit card will be immediately refunded.

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped standard ground, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail which ever is least expensive to you, unless otherwise requested by you. Please make requests for express shipping in the comment box at the end of your order. If you request express shipping, your order will have to be packed and weighed before a shipping cost is determined. We will e-mail you with the total charges and your approval is required prior to shipping. Free shipping applies only to USA orders.
